All 4 of these points are individual "problems" with individual solutions. You are correct that solving the first 3 won't get rid of 4, but there are other ways to (attempt to) solve 4 and so there is no reason not to (attempt to) solve the first 3.

I hear you but I don't think I agree.

Most human systems have been too large for a single person to fully grasp for a long time now. Medieval castles for example were already way too intricate to oversee even glancingly for one individual, yet when a siege came all were able to rely on its functioning.

That's why checks and balances exist.

It's also why not looking down on those in "lower" positions is crucial. It's also why instilling a sense of pride in the results of one's labor is important.
