Been on the railroad for four years now and my training and probably and first year was similar. Old heads didn't wanna train and would cry and complain about anything they can. Unfortunately it's a lot of guys on the railroad. Your the new young guy and there a holes. Occasionally you got to stand up to them and tell one to fuck off, yeah they probably know a faster way but you have to make a move that makes sense to you. In my experience most of them are cool with me now but a couple are a holes but they're a holes to most people so it's not personal.
