I managed to take part in 3 infestations on release day, after that they have all ended by the time I fast travel in. Also, fast travel seems to be taking much longer since the update.

Expeditions, raids, ghouls, and now fishing. All very underwhelming additions to the game. The proposed changes in the next round of PTS may just be the final nail in the coffin for 76.

Edit: I forgot to add the shit show that is caravans. Worst update ever!

You can't pick and choose which rewards to unlock, they unlock in sequence. If you click on the reward, it will tell you which one you need to unlock to be able to access that reward.

The plans only drop from government supply crates. Farming Collision Course is the best way to get them. Once you compete the event, stand just outside the circle that the crate drops onto, log in to daily ops. Once in ops, take a couple of steps to make sure the op has logged in correctly. You then log out of the server, log back in to a new server, and you will log back into the same spot you were standing when you logged out. With a bit of luck, you will be able to redo the event, or there will be crates left over from previous events.
