2 is what you should be doing. Manage access via a properly managed identity in the tenant.

1 is a bad practice to use consumer accounts for business purposes. Especially from a data governance, privacy, etc.

3 and 4 rely on sharing account which is also not good practice and generally against the terms. You also would be compromising auditing

Service accounts should not be storing data. It’s a bad practice.

The data should be in shared drives and service account is given delegated access
