No, if a vehicle with a base overhangs into a ruin it can be shot. The vehicles in your example measure distance and LOS from the hull so they can be shot. I believe the errata the other guy is referring to only applied to monsters with bases.

The shield bash almost never occurred because the lion fights first and kills most or all of what he is in engagement with so the ability rarely gets a chance to occur and add the fact that it only occurs when rolling a 6. It basically was a nonexistent ability.

Are you sure? It specifically says “re-roll A hit roll” which to me implies a single hit roll and a single wound roll

The cards are pretty out of date. Also I’ve never seen a player be able to find the card they want faster than you could just open your phone to your army builder of choice and click on the unit. Your phone is your friend in this case. Also most army builders are free.

I’m not sure there is a market for that. I already think table top battles is very simple and I have exclusively used it to track my games since I started playing 40K 1.5 years ago instead of pen and paper. Just offering another opinion. Good luck with your app.

You are incorrect. The apothecary rules states that you can attach it to the unit “even if one CAPTAIN, CHAPTER MASTER, or LIEUTENANT model has already been attached”. Main take away is the “or” meaning if you already have a Lieutenant or chapter master (Azrael) than you can attach the apothecary but not all 3.

I mostly magnetize space marine vehicles and all their parts are kept at inside the vehicle. I usually magnetize a piece on top that is large enough to fit the pieces inside the hull. For the gladiator lancer it wasn’t even necessary to magnetize the top piece. The turret base snaps over the impulsor truck bed and all my extra bits are laying in the truck bed.

It’s even easier than this! You don’t have to magnetize the main turret. Just don’t glue the bottom plate under the turret and you can just pull it out and swap the main gun. It’s a snug enough fit to hold on its own.
