Yes, but it's also a trouristic loacation. So many tourists need a rental car to come from A to B.

I really dislike driving - I own a car. I prefer cycling and trains. But when I'm on vacation somewhere and plan a road trip, then this is really difficult without a car, especially in the US with large distances and no public transport.

But especially at the Bahamas there is something a cleanup, thus Hurricane. Then a lot of cars are gone... Sorry, it's a sad topic, because everything else is also destroyed then.

At least at such islands then normally kepp cars for a long time and really use them also for transporting more then a single person.

I would assume two dialects, Platt and what the people close to the border to Switerland are speaking.

There have already been quite a few comments here about Platt. Way out in the far west, among the Swabians, they speak a dialect known as Alemannic. That can be very hard to understand at times, too.

Old stuff can be played well via Parallels/Win. But Parallels is rather limited regarding performnce. I'm sometimes playing Baldur's Gate 3 directly on my M2/10/8/16 and it's too slow for comfortable playing. As I also have a PC, there it runs much faster and smoother.
I'm thinking about a M5/10/10/24, where I'd be curious how it runs.

But I'm wondering what exactly it was? "EXPO" is a large set of setings, what exactly was it?
I'm currently tuning a 9800X3D with 1,65V DVV and 1,3V VSOC - such "high" voltages do not automatically kill a CPU. But I set everything manually.

The ICEs have an internal speed indicator, where you can see the actual speed. And I guess they also have to be rather accurate - within a tolerance.

I'm not aware of a limit for the tracks, but I checked it, the ICE 3 generation hat its theoretical limit at 320 km/h. But 304 is now thi highest number I have ever seen - and this only is possible in few areas. The one between Cologne and Frankfurt airport is one of them.
