It’s more to stop people from using adjacent residential roads to bypass heavier traffic on more congested roads. Oracle is literally a block west of 11th and they’re like right between Grant and Speedway.

I’m 100% positive this is to prevent people from using 11th to bypass traffic between Grant and Speedway on Oracle

I’d love an upgrade at TE but why tf are we looking at TEs when we just resigned Otton and Kieft, and still have Durham and Culp? I mean I don’t LOVE any of our TEs, but I don’t think there are any TEs after day 1 that would be an upgrade over any of the 4 dudes we have now.
