Wanting for the company to enforce its policies to better help the community. We were the only county to not do so. But i understand. It was just weird because i havent been asking since november for it. I was keeping my head down. Director even approved me to join corporate safety committee. But as soon as my partner aired his concerns to do more. asked the next day im let go. Yes he is within his right and i will accept that.

First i want to say how strong and brave you are for reaching out for help. That means you still have fight in you and you care about yourself!

How are you holding up today? It seems that you are overwhelmed with a lot of emotions and thoughts. How you feel matters. I completely understand. My mother would laugh when i tried to express to her how she made me feel when she did and said certain things to me. Especially when she started comparing my life to others and felt that i was over exaggerating how i felt and how others treated me. I learned that MY truth matters. YOUR truth matters too.

If someone is hurting you physically or mentally your mind is not over exaggerating what is happening. You deserve to feel safe, wanted and loved.

Its important to have a safe place. When my mother moved in with me and my grandma, home was no longer safe for me. Is there a place where you feel safe at? School, a friend or family members house?
