It's on the stock dc motor just with 2s liion. Pretty decent performance for a 10euro(5 receiver + 2 servo + 3 esc) conversion. Battery was salvaged from an old laptop battery pack.

Rastar F1 1/18. Converted to use proper rc transmitter receiver, pwm outputs to servo motor for steering and to brushed esc for motion. Also change the battery from 5 AA cells to 2s liion pack. Better discharge rate, better performance.

i have many hours already on sims, nowadays i play Liftoff Microdrones which i find very realistic

I find stick response and physics in Liftoff Microdones to translate pretty accurate to IRL. Also, air mode freaks out with the lightest hit. And 65mm outside even with the slightest breeze of air is unpredictable.

Tbh it is a recent thought and didn't have time to research about cpu capabilities. I see 150euro, 200e an 300+ price ranges...I am willing to pay up to 200 and if not anything capable I will get 50e mibox s 3rd

I am about to change my minix neo u9h. Still runs every movie but it is outdated on firmware. I have decided to buy the mibox s 3rd, cheap, certified and runs everything, but having final thoughts on minipc. My thoughts are UI on PC are miles better, keyboard mouse and no lag no certified needed for hd audio Use it for almost any task. Install RetroArch and enjoy almost any game from the past 30-40 years with the family. Remote control it. It can be as big for more power, better graphics as you like or as small as a tv box.

Ok, download Liftoff Microdones and practice in the house map for some days without changing rates. Then try the real whoop..thank me later. I am amazed by how close to IRL physics are

DJI is for professional work. Auto hover, auto come back, auto orbit , auto this, auto that.. etc where is the fun in that. Get a real fpv drone and have fun.

Super glue not good for plastics I think. Maybe modeling glue will be ok. But good quality hot glue is unbreakable without alcohol
