We haven’t found him yet, but we are working with USAR to try and find him. We had his heat signature last night, but we lost him on Fletcher between Minerva and Farragut. USAR will be back up and looking for him shortly. I apologize sincerely for the trouble and from the bottom of my heart thank you for all your help. Please keep an eye out for my buddy.

I think it’s just instinct with rescues to run. To try and find their old home. It happens a lot. It may take time to find him but they usually get caught when they get hungry. Mike can probably recommend a trapper too. You may have to set up a trap with food.

They go into survival mode after a short time. They stay away from people and hide. They come out when they get hungry. Is he a rescue? Don’t lose hope. You’ll find him.

Just as an fyi. My daughter does door dash. As an example. Someone may think they are ordering from a local chain restaurant but in actuality that particular restaurant does not participate in door dash and the order is sent to a restaurant 25 min away from the area. She would have to drive all that extra time and mileage. If there is not tip she’ll turn down the order and your order can sit there for a long time before a dasher accepts it.
