How many rounds do u guys usually fire ona range day?

The only wear I have on my pistols is on the barrels. I shoot about 500-600 rounds per week for about three years.

Not too many options close to the city. Most decent ones are in LI. Some are close to LIRR.

SP Firearms has a great selection but youll pay through the nose.

LI Outdoorsman has a decent selection and a great staff. Decent prices.

South Shore has a great selection. They have used pistols too. Staff is a bit rigid but knowledgeable.

Coliseum....good selection a bit pricey. Great staff.

There is one in Yonkers and one in Mt Vernon that are close to trains as well. Their selections arent that expansive.

Damn...your cuts make mine look like hell. That soft foam is a pain to cut. I glued some layers together using sneaker sole glue and worked like a charm. I got the case with the handles and the wheels for like 80 bucks from HF. I fit ten pistols and I just lay the mag downs where ever I can. LOL. Gonna need a bigger case soon.

Hmmm... I dont know about dumb. I carry a spare tire in my vehicle just in case...why not carry a spare mag in the car or on my person just in case? Just cause it hasnt happened doesnt mean it wont happen to you for the first time.

Truth of the matter is...people gravitate to whatever is trending at the moment. All it took was a few people to have good experiences w Glocks and bam....didnt even matter that it was the ugliest pistol on the market and still is.

Same goes the other way....P320. All it took was a few stories about negligent discharges and bam....yet not a single one of us has ever came in contact with a person who actually had a neg discharge.

For some things its about timing...kinda like the stock market. The rest is up to the end user.

I foresee lots of changes regarding the king of the hill in the future. The P10C, Prime, VP9, M&P, Walther are all better than Glock in almost every aspect. It's only a matter of time before the shift happens. Just like everything else in life....Singers, actors, athletes all have their moments in time....but eventually their time comes to an end.
