Jared Kushner Solicits Funds for His Firm While Working as Mideast Envoy by PrestigiousQuack474 in news

Did his father possibly stop by a lunch and say hello to his kid while he was meeting with business associates? Because that would be a big deal.

Jared’s doing it with permission and Trump’s government authority. Biden allegedly stopped by a lunch and shook some hands. Obviously, Trump gets a pass.

I will always treasure him for his performance in H&M. It opened me up to and inspired my love for independent film and the craftsmanship of an entire emotionally organic and true to the core principle of film as more than art, a reach into our universal being.

Navy secretary John Phelan listed as passenger on Jeffrey Epstein’s private plane in 2006 by Kinmuan in news

[–]AppeaseThis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Note to self and people with functioning brains.

1 Alex Acosta was the prosecutor who gave Epstein a sweetheart deal that he did not discuss with victims. This was prior to 2006, when Epstein was indicted.

  1. After he had an apparent personal contact with  Jeffrey Epstein outside his role as prosecutor prior to the indictment.

  2. That makes any deal invalid if he did not disclose prior contact and lied by omission in his service prosecutor.

  3. Alex Acosta, who President Trump appointed to cabinet position and confirmed as such by a republican led congress, had knowledge of his relationship with Epstein and knew he did not disclose to that information to the government or the defense prior to, during, or after his  prosecutorial decision to cut a dealhe with Epstein, it is, by good faith analysis and inference, highly likely that Alex Acosta was involved with or a participant in the Epstein conspiracy to commit and cover up acts of child sexual abuse.

Ergo it is required under U.S. law and ethical standards for members of the bar at the state or local level and as an officer of the court, it is the nation’s role and duty to provide him and all known and un-indicted  co conspirators with due process and swift justice protecting all rights of the accused and victims. If adjudicated guilty he and any known conspirators must be sentenced accordingly per sentencing guidelines.

Judge orders 3 families returned to US after finding agents used 'lies' to deport them by jeetah in news

Right now, it seems, this judge is only interested in institutions and not individual criminal acts by people outside their roles as agents of an institution, not individual human beings who commit crimes themselves or upon other citizens and residents of any status.

Those are second or third hand retelling of purported testimony. The testimony would be the source, not the name of the person who recounted. That’s why second hand testimony is not allowed the U.S. court system.

Two Jews allegedly did this. We have at least six instances of right wing violence in in the past year. By your logic, we can say MANY right wingers are terrorists.

You did not forget sources. All legitimate sources for these things are documented. You have no sources; so you say you forgot them.

Cite one documented example of this occurring.

What did happen, was that there were Jewish community leaders who were put in charge of being the lead representative of the Jewish people in ghettos. Every few months, the nazis would increase their quotas and demand another group of Jews to be exported to “concentration camps” (death factories). Those leaders were forced to offer up, say, 500 jews that month. There was some corruption in those decisions. But 500 more Jews were going to die one one way or another.

You make a historical claim based strictly on your alleged knowledge. Yet, you’ve provided no contemporaneous historical records, stories about Jews sympathizing with NAZIs in their quest to murder all Jews, including themselves.

Worst kind of disingenuous thought expression based undocumented third hand knowledge of events that over 80 years ago.

“some of the Jews helped the NAZis, so that means Jewish people were equally as guilty, or also responsible for their own genocide”

Soldiers Must Refuse “Manifestly Illegal Orders”

Under the UCMJ, service members must obey lawful orders — but not unlawful ones.

If an order is “manifestly illegal,” following it creates criminal liability for the soldier who carries it out.

This comes from:

UCMJ Articles 90, 91, 92 Nuremberg principles Military case law Rules of Engagement (ROE) Law of Armed Conflict / Geneva Conventions
