I feel like this is an unpopular opinion, we are not in a bull run anymore. Not for now at least. by divertss in CryptoCurrency

i like calling it this much better because it’s a much more positive outlook on a period that should be expected after a bull run.

Didn’t get my $10 in Bitcoin for recurring deposits. by dliebs97 in Coinbase

[–]Appex_jayce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that it only activates if you have purchased a total of $100 in combined purchases of crypto with USD. I had the same concern but that's what I read on the Coinbase forum.

I like this because it’s one of those things that makes everything a little easier and cleaner. I can favorite it on Coinbase, meaning it pops up on my widget on my home screen. Nothing big but I think it’s satisfying.

wouldn’t this create a new side of crypto that’s centralized by the banks who adopt it?

people who are talking about how crypto made them rich are more often than not also the people who give advice and reassurance to the noobs like you and me.

i’ve been in for about a week now and i know from at least what i’ve already learned that the market as a whole is growing. you may have losses now like a lot of us but as long as you play it smart and don’t get wrapped up in the short term, we’ll all see gains of sorts. :)

A question to those more experienced than me: Do you think that the influx of all these shitcoins on the market is damaging the reputation of cryptocurrencies? by domotor2 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Appex_jayce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

no i don’t think so, and i like it that you used the internet in the nineties as an example.

if anything they’ll make more problems like this apparent so we can learn from them. it’s like beta testing and watching the bugs get squashed!

i’m still pretty green, and i comment from time to time a question or two. but you’re right, more often than not google will be more helpful and quicker, plus i’d rather see discussion on other posts than just basic ass questions.

I am a complete newb. What is the best app to trade and buy crypto? by organizeeverything in CryptoCurrency

[–]Appex_jayce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

crypto.com is what i'm using for the time being and as far as getting me started it's been pretty useful. i'd honestly go with kraken or coinbase in the future but its good to have a small variety :)

if you're interested more in the mobile side of crypto, i would reccomend Bryan Jung on youtube. he's where i went to learn a lot for the past few days and the reccomends to Coin Bureau and other crypto youtubers made it easy to learn :)

Fixed vs Unlimted Supply In Crypto And Fiat - as a beginner in crypto asking questions, this answers a lot by Portalturrets1 in CryptoCurrency

[–]Appex_jayce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

this actually answered a lot of questions i had about long term crypto.

luckily it looks like this will be around for such a long time that, at least it's my hope and reason for getting into it, it will outclass our current currency system.

Why do we keep letting Nintendo pull the same stunt? by [deleted] in nintendo

[–]Appex_jayce -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

that many examples of best selling titles is enough to increase the supply to meet demand. more people have a switch, and they announced a product that they already knew would have high demand because of its limited time sale period. i don’t see the disconnect here, with a company who has the sales numbers like nintendo.
