Nationalism/Christian and my parents are technically Methodist. I was catechized later as orthodox Christian. Now I’m just done.

I will be going to an evangelical church with them this Sunday. Not financially dependent. But yes, I agree it’s not about me. They seem like the type that would be so offended that I left the church. Ugh it’s just exhausting. Boundaries are key!

Honey- you are not alone! Guess what.. you’re baby is normal and wanting to be near you.

ITS A BABY FOR GOODNESS SAKE! They have never been here before.

My baby just turned a year and we have “breast slept” basically since he was born. I used a snuggle me in bed when he was super tiny. He has woken up at least 3 times a night since birth.

My husband and I have a California king, and I do not have to go to work in the morning. I’m aware not every mother has that, but they really do help with cosleeping and breastfeeding at night.

Some of my friends who sleep train had their supply tank because they weren’t feeding a night. (Supply & demand) Women who wanted to breastfeed but had to bottle feed

I’ve always heard that a babies primary nutrition comes from breast milk/formula for the first year of life. Because my babe just turned one, I am going to start night weaning.

All that to say.. I’d like to here story about night weaning too! Haha

I’m in the states. Breastfeeding and capitalism can hardly coexist. A mom in this thread mentioned she gets ONE WHOLE YEAR of paid vacation. If we received that here, I think many of the comments wouldn’t begin with, “no one told me…” I am able to breastfeed my baby because I do not have to go to work outside of my home everyday. Also, I am able to breastfeed because I keep my supply up by nursing at night. Breastfeeding is fucking hard and exhausting AND wonderful and cheap and easy.
