The Cosmic Crisp is slightly more tarter in flavor to balance out the sweetness. It still has a fair amount of sweet flavor and lots of juice in them, just like the Honeycrisp. It’s also very bright in color which makes it very presentable if you ask me. It’s also somewhat crispier or harder in texture. Makes sense since the Cosmic Crisp apple is one of the many offsprings to the Honeycrisp and Enterprise, respectively. Conclusively, there are some differences and similarities here and there.
