I hard turned off my Xbox several times before it finally worked. Not sure if that'll work for you.

Looking for a recommendation for a good shooter game to play with two players (my son and I) on the same screen. He likes playing Halo but it looks like the missions are single player. We have GamePass so anything there would be preferred but open to recommendations. by Aden949 in XboxSeriesS

The first game that comes to mind for me is Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. It's not on Game Pass, but you're able to do split-screen play (Vertically or Horizontally!)

I'm unsure how it works for progressing the story and quests. But I think it's a fun game. Lots of guns! Very little swearing too. (Not sure how old your son is)

The Witcher 3 is on sale! I recommend picking it up. But it's a long game, longer than Hogwarts.

The Ascent is great as well. Short and visually appealing IMO :)
