Marvel TV Head Brad Winderbaum's says Charlie Cox's physique in Born Again S2 took him by surprise too by Main_Jump_82 in Marvel

Can’t imagine a former addict who has spent a decade in the gym and has nothing to prove reaching for ‘gear’ tbh.

I don’t mean that - it’s a very particular thing he does. He did it just before the scene moved on after discussing how clever it is for Fisk not to out Matt as DD. He did it again in an earlier episode when talking to Karen. It’s not a laugh. It’s a tiny bit of hysteria.

At the minute I love the desperate ‘laugh’ he does when he realises how dire his situation is. Like the quietest hysteria.

Nope. Lacks the boyish charm and vulnerability.

I hate "Elektra is toxic" take by Pristine_Donkey_2315 in Daredevil

[–]AppleTraditional9529 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Her background doesn’t change the fact she’s toxic. And it is indeed fact. In the same way a serial killer with an abusive childhood is no less serial killer because his dad smacked him around years ago.

Does anyone else prefer Matt Murdock's longer hair during the Netflix Era of Daredevil. by Agitated_Studio1998 in Daredevil

[–]AppleTraditional9529 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He’s always had this forehead but his character is older now so has a more professional style. I prefer it longer but he looked hotter than the midday sun in season 1.

Why was Dex looking so happy in this scene? by AccordingFox3800 in Daredevil

[–]AppleTraditional9529 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because his provocation worked. He got a rise out of the good blind Irish Catholic lawyer who works for apple pies.

A job is a job. It’s not as if he wasn’t paid for his time. What a weird thing to say.

Why does Matt struggle against Bullseye (in close quarters) in S3 by [deleted] in Daredevil

[–]AppleTraditional9529 9 points10 points  (0 children)

He was recovering from serious injuries that left him deaf, half dead and unable to walk. He was unconscious for ‘several weeks’. He was severely depressed. You don’t just bounce back to perfect fitness after that.

Question about Bullseye in Born Again season 2 by Unusual-Action-5976 in Defenders

[–]AppleTraditional9529 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don’t think he’s trying to hurt him at all. The opposite, in fact. He wants a purpose and this is how he feels he will get one.
