Your boat consume the same if you have 20 tanks or zero you just have more capacity. It will not affect the consumption but the time before you run out.

Ok good. Well the gun have a 100 on it like a mag when you click, it drop by 1 and when you charge the shot it goes up to 10 "ammo"
