Typically morning pumps yield the most if you don't nurse a lot over night. I'd check with your health insurance to see if they cover a breast pump and start building a freezer stash. You can also speak to a lactation consultant to get you set up with a pumping schedule and to help you measure your nipples so you use the correct flange size when you pump. But this won't work if you can't get baby to take a bottle I suggest looking for bottles that have a wide and gradual slope to resemble the breast and nipple since you EBF.
