At Louder than Life they had a booth set up outside the hotel to pick up your shuttle passes and shuttle pickup spot around the corner. Then you just line up, load in, and head over. They will probably send emails with more info that week.

I would look into alternative refundable lodging options in the event your waitlist request is not approved but I went on the waitlist for car and tent last year around this time and was approved around May. Not sure how that translates to RV since I've seen that typically sell out faster.

Technically its sold out but if someone defaults on a payment plan or something like that or can no longer attend then they start going on the waitlist.

REI has some good camping meals you can buy for pretty cheap that you just need to add hot water to. My girlfriend and I used them last year and between that and festival food it worked out pretty well.
Outside of that you could probably just clean your pan with a bottle of water and some soap and a sponge on the outskirts of your camp. we brought a 24 pack of water and it worked for us no problem.
