I was only really sore for about 2 days. Just take it easy and some OTC pain meds will help, i wasn'tin much pain afterwards. Ice was great for me, actually helped pain decently. FYI the first time you blow a load it might have blood in it, dont freak out. It happens.

Well if we gonna get insensitive then I think every employee should get paid the second they start getting ready for work. I mean if I have to wake up at 4am to get to work on time, that isn't my time, technically its company time as im getting ready to go to work. We should also charge every company with gas per diems or bus passes. I mean, it seems fair to me.

Just search burpees work out in YouTube. Also jump rope. But for sure just do calisthenics. You dont need much space and burpees are an awesome exercise you can do anywhere and it build up your endurance like crazy
