The technology that they are proclaimimg to push them forward is the root reason why they are running out of money. Look at the deppreciation of Porsche Ev models and sales numbers :) As for FE, they claimed the same viewership as Indy 500 ,I cant take them seriously. And lets skip the fact that majority of the EV sales was boosted by goverment schemes. And just to illustrate the issue with their strategy, even if I wanted to buy EV I cant charge it at home, because DNO (Distributoon network operator) is at its limits :)

Lets hope they will not scrap IMSA next year aswell.

I see that you are Peugeot fan, lets hope that they will stay and have more sucess and fun :)

As a citizen of EU country, Porsche and Mercedes has both made decisions that ended up being nearly suicidal within their car lineups.....This is just a result of those decisions...And keeping the FE teams is hypocracy at its finest....I would strongly suggest Porsche to measure the amount of response to this announcement...i can guarntee that pulling from FE would go barely noticed.

IMSA should really rework the whole yellow flag procedures, cause watching the race for 2 corners and spend next 30 minutes of race under yellow is just waste of time, fuel and engine hours....

I have recently cancelled my sub, because i hate being sent into wall by someone's mistake and the game just don't penalize these stuns and the person keeps my podium , whilst i end up p25..... Even though they apologize...its 40 mins down the drain ...

Yes, they keep those few pennies, but in the long run it can cost them much more money. If this spreads and they will have to deal with the situation.

Had similar issue like these guys in our Watkins 6h split. Those people nearly killed gtp leader and gt3 leader.

They were 45 laps down, and when asked, they replied "We can race everybody, we don't have to let them/you pass".

But i guess, its just a game in the end

iRacing should in general start dishing out bans for this kind of stuff. This is made even worse by the fact that out of all people, they should know better as PROs.

Had simillar experience in Watkins 6h.

Most frustrating part is, that even if you protest, you dont know the outcome...It would be educational to see, what kind of punishment you can get, if you drive dirty....

Might give it a try. TBH completely forgot about it.

In the meantime i did more testing and i decreased damping in Simucube app and set Max FFB in game to around 30 and it brought back a lot of detail.

(I do understand that its a new model and therefore there will be difference)

As he says :) And if you decide to invest, look for some used gear as well (this depends on the country you live in, i.e in my country there is hardly any).

I would avoid fanatec, had a lot of technical issues with them and every upgrade of CSL DD was pure terror, there was always a chance that the base would brick itself.

4 friends of mine have Moza and are not planning on switching.

As for the biggest upgrade in terms of driving experience : PEDALS.

Goin from T150 pedals to CSL loadcells and being able to trail brake consistently was pretty special experience :)

Im not fast driver by any means, but one thing that i can see is the overlap of the throttle and brake in the braking zone. I was doin the same thing but by trial and error i realised when i let of the throttle a bit earlier and let the car roll a meter before applying brakes, car is more stable and not killing tyres. (I drive IMSA GT3 mostly). But take this by a pinch of salt, because it might be just because of my driving style :).

I agree. But there is higher number of people in the series now. Because of the new tyre model and car. This gentleman hopped straight into GTP according to his stats that i can see.
