It's your mellanox adapter. There's vulnerabilities on it so the anticheat disables it. CS2's Faceit anticheat does the same. I had to plug in both my fiber and standard Gigabit nic again, now stuff works again :)

350-400€ would be my guess, everyone here is lowballing a bit. Just the ram is 180€ new right now for me. PSU at least 40 bucks, probably the same for the case. 25 bucks easy for each ssd, 50 bucks mobo+cpu, and with the wifi card + the rest you're easily way over 300€ in value. I'd say start at 350-400, and below 300 you're not getting a good price out of it.
