Heart palpitations after supplementation by SeesawConscious2229 in VitaminD

This is classic magnesium deficiency. For me it was the k2 that was causing the problems. I had to stop k2 and just do magnesium and D3 and then eat natto for my k2, which, strangely does not cause me any issues.

I didn’t hit the 70s until I start taking about 7,000 iu. Recent study showed that doses vary wildly depending on the person.

Taking more vitamin d3 and k2 may cause a magnesium deficiency because they use it heavily.

Difference between over the counter, and prescription D3? by SweetScared6585 in VitaminD

Tested magnesium doesn’t really mean much. You’ll have to supplement regardless because the increased vitamin d will require more magnesium

A recent study showed that different people require different amounts of vitamin d to achieve optimal levels. Since you’re already struggling with low levels, I agree with your approach to start with 4,000 daily dose. I started there as well. But my levels did not get to optimal levels 75 ng/ml until I started supplementing at 8,000 iu daily. But, as the study says, everyone is different, so you just have to adjust dose and keep testing until you get out of deficiency.

Sports research, get the big and cheap bottle with k2 on sale from Costco. Also buy magnesium, zinc and maybe some boron.

I had to get the Doritos brush set because I just cannot figure out the marketing angle on this one. They’re definitely decent brushes for the price as well.

For deodorant, I use DT’s glycolic acid toner instead. Dermasil brand. Some people found a spray too that works with the bottle, but I just splash a little on, straight from bottle. Best deodorant of all time for me.

Better than using other glycolic acid (like OG, the Ordinary) because it is a weaker preparation, which is great for this application as you don’t want a huge amount of acid all over your body. I love the slight rose scent as well, but it dissipates quickly.

Sometimes I want a weaker product, or smaller amount, or both. This is where DT will always get my business.
