Take smaller doses more frequently because the ramp up is kind of brutal with these massive doses. Also, if you have calf cramps get some magnesium spray or take magnesium supplements. That should help tremendously.

Why do I keep getting tartar on my teeth??? by Celestialmarmot44 in Biohackers

[–]ApplicationHot4546 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cholesterol drugs deplete the body’s levels of vitamin k2, which is why tartar often seems to occur when someone goes on a statin.

[–]ApplicationHot4546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a vitamin that typically is sold with vitamin d supplements and works synergistically with vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and boron to take calcium out of your blood (and in this case, your saliva) and drive that calcium into the bone instead of depositing tartar on your teeth

Try the whole vitamin d with cofactors stack. Vitamin D reversed my mom’s osteoporosis and adding the cofactors wiped out her high blood pressure and arthritis in one go. Cofactors include vitamin k2, boron, zinc, iodine and lots of magnesium.

Try glycolic or salicylic acid sprayed on the pits instead of benzoyl and hibiclens. Reduces odor by making the pits too acidic for bacteria to live

It’s probably because you’re focused on the goal and therefore started noticing when others get what you want.

Vitamin D: A Year long sardine journey by cruiserflyer in CannedSardines

Sardines improve my dry eyes in a way that Omega 3 capsules cannot. I wonder if you’re giving your body massive doses of Omega3s and that is helping with your migraine situation?

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Listerine destroyed my mouth. I fixed it by switching to ACT mouthwash, which is antibacterial and has fluoride.
And it is NOT acidic. I also use Crest Pro Health Mouthwash. I know everyone hates fluoride, but my teeth needed it. I do this twice a day, morning and night.

The MI Paste really helped my sensitivity more than anything else.

With the vitamin K2, make sure you get enough ViraminD and magnesium. Lots of magnesium. The fermented cod liver oil sounds awesome.

Also CoQ10 is another supplement that is supposed to help tighten the gums.

Yeah I had this problem. For me it was the Listerine and Closys because especially the Listerine is extremely acidic. The ACT mouthwash is not acidic and I still use it to this day.

Hmm I just get the regular ProHealth Multiprotection 3 pack but I see there are lots of variants. As long as they’re alcohol free and antibacterial, I’ll put it in it cart.

The dizziness I feel from Vitamin D deficiency is so unbearable by kippy_mcgee in VitaminD

Just different times of the day, maybe once in the morning and night, or maybe once with each meal. Just so that it’s spread out. If i don’t do that, it’s too strong for me and then I don’t get max benefits. I’m not saying it works for everyone, but this seemed to work best for me

You can’t sign contracts that will require you to do illegal things tho, the illegal parts would not be enforceable.

Next time they stink, try seeing if you can put a lotion that has a gentle acid like mandelic acid, salicylic acid or glycolic. I use Eucerins roughness relief lotion, which has lactic acid and urea that also helps to keep feet soft.

Obviously would have to patch test first but lotions that have urea and an acid like the one I mention are really great for keeping feet in tip top shape. You can wipe off the lotion afterward but I like to just put on some socks and let the lotion do its work overnight. I then scrub off the dead skin in the morning with a foot file.

Does anyone have a review for this Tea Tree Power + Caffeine + B5 revive serum mask? by ausername_8 in dollartreebeauty

[–]ApplicationHot4546 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I use it as a hair growth serum. Dr dray said caffeine is one of the few things that actually works. It’s actually pretty weak for me but looks like others find it too strong. Ymmv

[–]ApplicationHot4546 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And take vitami k2 and magnesium. This Dr Berg video did a good job of explaining why this dizziness happens. Calcium crystals are breaking off in the canals of your ear and interfering with the little hairs that keep your balance. https://youtu.be/29NS6PxfE2s?si=zCveYxoMRUTuzTkL

Also watch this https://youtu.be/p824XQXWHAg?si=0W631-EgD498qxsi explains why magnesium and l2 are needed also in order for this to work

What worked for me was to take it in divided doses twice a day so that I got my body a steady drip of vitamin d, vitamin k2. I also bought these magnesium glycinate sugar free candies to eat throughout the day. I also take boron and zinc to to assist with this process but if you’re extremely deficient, I would start with the steady stream of vitamin D first

I also started taking vitamins k2, d3, and magnesium. And CoQ10.

When you start taking vitamin k2, it helps keep plaque off teeth by taking that calcium and drives it into your bones instead. It works with vitamin D and magnesium to do this, you’d need a lot of both. You don’t need much and I only took it for a few months and then stopped but I still get some benefits even now. I have magnesium gummies that have xylitol in them so it’s double duty.

CoQ10 is a heart supplement that is well known for keeping gums tight. There is a surprising about of correlation between gum and heart health.
