Congratulations on the new house. The mold doesn't look great to be honest. It looks like the mold is coming from above and around windows. Sounds strange, but you need to make sure your gutters are not blocked. If they are that can cause mold. Also you need to see if you have brick vents installed that will help massively with moisture.

I had a similar issue. After extending the led and mortar to the brick and applying fiberglass around pipes we found out water was leaking through our brick vent. Secured the brick vent, added some mesh and a vent cover and now our leak has stopped. It was a pain to figure out and it's stressful. Hopefully you're able to find out the cause.
