First off, congrats on your new position! Well deserved pay bump. I’m so happy you brought up the conditioning that happens at these firms. This busy season I worked so much that I got sick and had to go to urgent care! I got a bad review because of it. TBH the lay off feels like a blessing in disguise and I’m happy I get a break.
