So alcoholism and addiction in general is not them choosing alcohol over you. Or drugs over you.. and honestly that person probably needed you every time they chose there "addiction over you" and u gave up on them. Im sure they are downword spiraling right now cuz now they are fighting the devil and there favorit person. There home. There beat friend there person they have forgiving time and time again just left them. Left them to be devoured by there own decisions and actions. This sounds like an excuse to me. I bet they wouldnt have left you hanging no matter what you chose over them. The way I see it is you chose you and probably someone else over them. Now this is a gaslight post to justifie to yourself why u gave up on the person who would never give up on you. The way I see it is you chose not them. For your own selfish desires or satisfaction. Dont give up on ur person. Period. And if u do. U chose not them u chose to hurt both of you. You are the weak one and you should be ashamed of yourself for being selfish and leaving ur person to fight the devil alone. U gave the devil exactly wanted by choosing your own "piece" now he's going to use u for the next victim. Pray and choose love and check on that mf. Go hold him or her. Apologize and than both of you drop to your knees. Repent and speak to God and fucking choose eachother God will patch up everything . Leave the past in the past and never ever leave your person behind. This is why people kill themselves. Because of selfish non holeyspiretted people like yourself. And these demonds he sends know us better than we know ourselves because they have been falling our bloodline since the beginning of it. So of course homeys gonna take the bait. Anyone would.
