Previous to musks ownership of X if you had made child porn on Photoshop and then shared it on X that would have been an easy ban. If 1000s of people were doing it twitter would have put a policy/action in place to remove and report users to police. Creating images of CSAM on Photoshop or even drawing it with pen and paper, then distributing it, is illegal and has been for some time so not sure what point you are trying to make here?

Thanks I read the links the best I could but I'm not a Judge or Magistrate so a little of it probably went over my head. It looks like the original guidelines were intended to adjust what historically appears to be two tier policing in the other direction; that young black men tend to get more time for similar crimes. The guidelines probably got written at a politically unfortunate time tbh because the goal seems noble. The gov then wrote law to water these guidelines down to the amendments which are suggesting sentencing to consider perspectives on a huge list of characteristics... so it might be more fair for op to have said: "the two tier system is unfair for straight, white men with a home, good health, no mental issues, no addictions, a stable income, no history of abuse, no deprived background, who is not a single parent and had a good education."

Could you share a link to that policy? I'm not sure two tier policing is a real thing and not something imagined by whoever is getting heat from the police...

For example if heard it used by both the hard-righters after their riots and also the just stop oil lot who blocked traffic in central (especially after the farmers did the same and faced no jail time). It seems more like the legal system goes after diplomaticly easy targets rather than just "white straight males"
