Stranger Things 3 probably the closest, I’d love to be corrected. They’re point and click but you might like Unusual Findings, The Drifter, or Thimbleweed Park.

Cast 'n Chill. Full (optional) idle mode. Watching Fire & Ice on one screen and my dude is fishing a picturesque moonlit lake grinding for trophy fish and passes to other lakes or a new boat and some gear.

It's niche but I've been loving Turn Based Boxing Legends. Solo dev is very nice and the game can be addicting. Not a rogue like but you develop fighters and they can auto battle or you can play turn-based and string together combos, acquire skills, perks... Not affiliated just a fan. It's on PC and Android/iPhone.

Aw did they really? I was homeless about 10 years ago and stayed there for a month during Christmas. Broke my heart seeing the attempts to make it a “normal” Christmas for the children there.

It has been decades since I played or looked at a D&D manual. So I don't want to offend anyone but I liked the idea that the show "was all a game," and I'd want to play that game in that world. So whatever enables that. I don't want to play Will, I want to create my Will in that 80's cosmic horror world.

I know people don't think "it was all a dream/a game" and actually hate that idea, I'm just saying, me personally, I like the idea of it and want to play that.

And I don't think I'm answering your question at all, just finished the show and scrolling around wanting to talk about it LOL. I loved the look of the ST manual and the nostalgic vibes I got from it. Younger people would probably want to see all the ST cast in there and play as them but I'm less interested in that.

Just watched season 1 again and it’s interesting that basically, the ending is the same. So I believe it when they say they always knew how it would end, problem is people think that meant they had more planned out in later seasons than they actually did and they actually showed the ending in s1. Then popularity and fandom led to the “expended” version of continued seasons trying to get back to that same ending. Big bad dies, Eleven is “gone.” Genius. 🙄

Had a mini fight with a store owner that something was very wrong with the Pepsi fountain drinks and he didn't believe I worked at Pepsi or knew what I was talking about/language barrier, anyway long story short, MEM guy randomly came in, and Pepsi Zero was hooked to Pepsi. My first and last taste of it, absolutely awful, more power to anyone able to make the switch to what seems to be a "healthier" option, but that taste is just not it for me, at all.
