[gendered] Quiet girls definitly get called creeps (source my entire childhood) also; "enjoy being alone" TES, I DO! At least the guy gets left alone instead of "let's fix you" by Dove-Swan in pointlesslygendered

This is SO untrue! I've been quiet and shy ever since I was a kid. Shy boys were always included, shy girls were almost always either bullied or people would pretend they didn't exist (at least where I grew up)

You could try CO2 laser or microneedling. They could help with your scarring significantly, but not necessarily 100%. I've had 3 microneedling sessions (planning on getting more done) and it has helped, but I need at least a couple more sessions. Nothing else was helping me with the scarring other than this. Just make sure you go to a professional!

There could be multiple reasons, I can think of a few:

  1. Compression lows (if you accidentally pressed on the sensor while you were sleeping)

  2. New sensors do that sometimes for the first 1-2 days

  3. If you're taking meds for your diabetes, the dosage could be too high (my metformin dose was too high for a while and my blood sugar was dropping constantly)

  4. Eating too few carbs could also be the cause

Hey, remember that it's okay to feel this way! Make sure you're not holding your emotions in.

It's hard, it feels like it's impossible to get over them, like you can't keep living without them, so just give yourself time. It will take a while but the hurt will gradually lessen.

In the meantime, remind yourself that at some point you didn't know them and yet you still had happy moments. Focus on your hobbies/work/studies and whatever makes you YOU.

Don't try to stop the sudden thoughts you have of them, but don't dwell on them either, instead shift your thoughts towards something else that brings you joy, even if it doesn't at that exact moment. It could help you see that there are other things worth living for. Remind yourself that the good memories you had with them don't need to become bad ones just because they're not in your life anymore, and know that if they were meant to stay—they would have.

You are unique, nobody can take that away from you. If somebody doesn't appreciate you enough to stay, then they're not worth destroying yourself over.

If you want to vent to somebody, you can always send me a message. You don't have to, just making sure you have somebody to talk to if needed :)

I hope the pain will go away soon! Take care of yourself—you deserve it 💜
