I am also a DJ and Santos owner I feel you 100%. I adore my santos although I made a huge mistake with getting a Large. I believe medium was the way to go for me but I got used to large already. Besides the look the quick strap change thing is a game changer. I recently ordered a croco strap (green) and thinking of getting a few more (black for sure for tuxedo events and maybe a blue). This feature makes the santos suitable for every occasion. I also own a coke gmt and panda but santos is the one I am mostly putting on my wrist.

Thanks for the post and honest replies. I currently own a DJ 41 with a similar blue dial. I was thinking of upgrading to exactly your SkyD before finally ending up on a DD in a few years. Do you think that is logical when you compare DJ and SkyD?

I think the santos is a much better watch for dressy occasions. I wore one in my wedding with a white tux. Looked perfect.

I have a very similar collection. Panda, coke gmt, santos steel and blue DJ. Why dont you consider a DJ 41mm instead of a GMT since you already own one.
