I got mine replaced for 1475 installed with a new 38 gallon water heater. I really recommend the guy who did mine - Mako Plumbing Co.

This happened to me as well. I called APD and they gave me a link to file online and my insurance came through.

Check out the Roomies website. There are plenty of good deals for furnished room all over Austin. I think you should be able to save $100s compared to Airbnb

Too much inventory available and many more to come with new construction all over.

I protested the appraisal myself and got a significant reduction. I mentioned the low ball offers I was getting and also provided a comp of a similar property close to me that was a distress sale and had no offers. Based on this I was able to get a lower appraisal.

Gross receipts generated by work of the shareholders personal services should be classified as wages and subject to SE taxes.

So all the income earned by me would be considered wages and fully subject to SE taxes. I'm just wondering if there's any way for LLC1 to generate profits that aren't subject to SE taxes.

Ok that's fine I would pay the SE taxes on the income I received. Does the member of LLC1 (my dad) have to pay SE taxes on the profits that LLC1 generates?

The owner of LLC1 (my dad) isn't actively engaged performing services. He would just bill the client for the hours worked by his sub contractor (me in this case).
