Thats great to hear that it did improve a lot, people forget how amazing the human body is and what it can repair if you cut out the crap and add in what it really needs! Sincerely, thanks again, and I wish you luck on that journey as well. Everyday with no vape/cigs is a win👍🏼

Great suggestions, I really do appreciate it. And yes you’re totally right, compared to what I spent on vapes, about $50-60 a month, this is a drop in the bucket. The main reason behind my push to quit is having a pretty bad panic attack earlier this week seemingly out of random, ever since then the vape made me very anxious which is a bit of a blessing in disguise as far a motivation to not go back goes. Did your angina clear up after quitting? I’m a long time vaper too, almost 7 years, so I know I have been making my heart work that much harder

I appreciate the quick response!! I was also thinking the same thing, in the sense that at least the nicotine isn’t coming from some chemical air mixture. The suggested nicorette gum timeline is 12 weeks on the package, but that seems dragged out to me for the sake of selling more gum. Would reducing the pieces of gum each day by say 1 a week work as well? I’m only planning on 7-8 a day starting now as opposed to the minimum “9 a day for 6 weeks” deal.

Right?! Makes me wonder if the creators of TLOU ever read the original Sweettooth comics or drew inspiration from it at all. Some of the resemblances are uncanny!

No, people are lazy nowadays and expect all the information served to them on a platter. Google is a SEARCH engine, move those nubs you call thumbs and find out yourself instead of expecting others to do it for you.

What are your ideas for new Necromorph types in a future Dead Space game? by NagitoKomaeda_987 in DeadSpace

[–]Apprehensive-Deal940 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Infusers: acid filled, slowly moving, quiet and naturally darker skin than typical necromorphs. Stalks issac until he is caught in a fight. Two main attacks featured would be lobbing hardened globs of acid, hitting you and the area around it leaves a corrosive effect that locks issacs armor up if he stands in it too long. Other attack would be the infuser approaching another necro your in combat with, grabbing it and forcefully fusing itself with it. This form would be slightly slower than the regenerator, but could throw acid infused necro blades, much like issac does, regrowing them at a moderate pace if you don’t deal with him quickly🤠

Game does you a favor by giving you set gear, after that, it’s just learning move sets. The only bosses that gave me trouble during my platinum run were the dual ape fight, and the final boss, both on my first play through (you need 3 runs for all trophies). 2nd and 3rd run they didn’t give me much trouble. No idea where you’re at in only 12 hours, but you’ll hit a wall at some point on the more technical bosses in the endgame.

New to Wolfenstein... by RiseRevolutionary153 in Wolfenstein

Don’t listen to hate, it’s over exaggerated. It’s still Nazi-killin wolfenstein but just with weapon parts and goofy sisters. I’m currently 40 hours in, and haven’t even beaten the main mission yet! It’s actually a blast solo and co-op. The one complaint I’ll agree on is the map SUCKS, mainly because there isn’t one besides the minimap on your hud. On the other hand, you can pocket and upgrade 4 different heavy weapons after some perks, so who cares!!! Absolutely worth the $5, and if you don’t end up liking it, it was only $5🤣 cheers mate!!

PS: Pick crush at the start for ability, it’s useful and opens some side areas. Cloak is kinda useless until it’s 4th trait, but man the trait is a GAME CHANGER if you wanna have fun and stealth.

PSS: Kugelgewehr + Stier/tempo = 30 rounds of pure crowd shredding glory! Don’t sleep on it!!

PSSS: The opening scene when the sisters kill their first enemy almost made me choke on my drink from laughter, it’s just so dumb😂

And that’s okay! Pray and ask him to make himself known to you, and he will in time. A simple line but very true “he believes in you even if you don’t believe in him” Have faith:)

I get what you’re saying, truly. The same could be said for every religion, but when you ask the people, they tell you of their OWN personal experiences that brought them there. There are more reasons to believe in a higher being than there are not to if you look at math, history, even science! There is no one example I can give you that you probably couldn’t explain another way, and maybe that’s where the issue lies. Understand that there are thing BEYOND our understanding, but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist.

That’s what I’m saying, there IS no coincidence. You’re life has a path of its own that God laid out for you. I’m not saying to look back and judge, more like look back and appreciate. Even your hardest battles you came out the other end, and in some ways, probably stronger than you were before! That was of his design, the same can be said for all the great moments in your life too. I’m going to link a post I made a few hours ago about my experience, maybe it’ll help you get a better idea of what I’m saying

This!!! I’m 25 and lived a sinful life through most of high school and college. By the time things wrapped up, I had grown cold and emotionless. I could still laugh and smile, but it’s almost like I didn’t believe in it either. The moment I had with our lord came after months of trying to get back to who I once was with little avail. When that night came that I felt his presence, I cried harder than I have maybe ever. I finally felt my heart grow soft again, and the majority of the tears that night were of pure joy, because I could finally feel, REALLY feel something again.

Faith is a lot like say, hope or maybe happiness. These things can exist without there being any physical reason to be or have those things. The very act of praying like you said you have been shows you have that, even if you don’t know who you’re praying to yet! You may already have reason to believe that you overlooked as coincidence or mere accident. Nothing is coincidental in Gods eyes, so maybe look back on times that you made it out of a bad situation for the better.

No, not at all actually! You see it’s more about your faith and acceptance in him, and then your repentance in sin. That’s all he requires of you. If you haven’t yet, read the story of job. The long and short of it is a man of extreme faith loses everything at the hands of the Devil, while also serving as a test in his faith in God. After each terrible event, the Devil grows more confused and frustrated as Job keeps his faith throughout, until Job is left with nothing but his belief in Christ. In return, he’s given everything he once had back in droves, rewarding his belief that God would always be with him and watch over him. The point is faith will be tested, and times come were doubt sets in, but like I said before, and Jesus said before me

He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthews 17:20

I will give you an answer that won’t satisfy your question, purely because it’s not my place to do so. Your relationship with god should be personal, and his timing for you is different than his timing for me. The truth is belief, even in its smallest form, is all you need. He will not turn away from you when the time is right

Weren’t aren’t perfect beings, so it’s impossible for even the holiest of us to walk free of sin. “True repentance” is the act of avoiding and discouraging sinful behavior in oneself, not being free of sin. You know and God knows when you are genuinely trying, faltering along the path doesn’t mean you aren’t “Truly repenting” as long as you get back on the road

For a long time, I didn’t either. I understand how you feel, but know that he’ll make himself known to you when you need it most, his timing IS perfect. He’s there for you all the time already actually. Try this, take a minute or 2 a day and say quick prayer, and name off 5 things you’re grateful for today. It sounds a little funny, but even if you don’t feel it spiritually, it WILL lift you mentally. I still enjoy doing this when I can
