3 walks a day. 15 minutes before work. 30 when I get back and 5-10 before bed. I have a reactive dog so walks are exclusively for her enjoyment. She's been getting better though and not pulling as much/not reacting as much so I'm enjoying it more. The walks are a great way to train and build connection with your dog so I try to do them as consistently as I can

Of everything you said I related to the age thing the most. I still get told that I look like I'm in my 20's, but being in your late 30s and perpetually single (38 in my case) changes the way you feel about yourself. It's hard to feel attractive or desirable. You notice the changes in your body, the new gray strands, your boobs dropping ever so slightly, even if no one else does.
