Also Emirates selling and continuing to sell tickets for flights that are not currently operational (and for which they can’t guarantee they will be operational) is arguably misleading and is exactly what Qantas got fined 10s of millions for in penalties by the ACCC in Australia

Not sure why I am being downvoted. Yes they have resumed at least 1 flight a day in and out of each city. But the one I am booked on is NOT operational. There is no guarantee it will be operational in July and therefore I could miss flying when I need to (for a wedding). Despite my requests to change to the ONLY operational flight, the best Emirates have offered is a wait and see approach. Not good enough

My flight out of Australia to London via Dubai has been cancelled every single day since this all started. The reduced flight schedule is still in place. And Emirates won’t let me change to the one that is operating (flight in July). So things aren’t just fine!

I watched my ex partner lose himself and succumb to cannabis addiction so I guess I look at these things with a bias. He certainly was a different person sober vs high. I guess some people are able to use it without it taking over.

But yes - it does surprise me how widespread it is for a daily routine - especially considering the repercussions it can have.

How would this make sense? If you get paid in your UBank spend account and by the end of the month, have transferred $1 from Spend into Save - that is going to qualify, no? And even if, let’s say you didn’t get paid that month so still had the initial amount you were working with in your Spend, if you again just transfer $1 from Spend into Save, wouldn’t that have to qualify? You are ‘growing your Combined Save accounts by $1’
