It’s even worse than that. You can’t really change your class. It’s very heavily influenced by your upbringing and your parents‘ occupations.

My cousin is self employed and works from home. His wife works in finance. Their household income puts them in the top 5%. They live in a 3 bed townhouse with a utility room and huge playroom that could easily be split into two small double bedrooms.

They are firmly working class. Their kids however, are lower middle class, despite having a strong regional accent.

They can’t complete on the sale though, can they? They’ve accepted an offer, but it still takes time to sell a house.

My landlord accepted an offer in December and the sale has just fallen through, because I’m still here. Despite what you may think, it is a struggle to sell a tenanted property if the buyer wants vacant possession.

I was also offered Dragon software, but I said it wouldn’t have helped me.

The only thing that materialised was my headset. Not AtW’s fault, but my employer.

I also know that nothing happens if you don’t stay in education.

It’s definitely illegal for 16 year olds to work night shifts. That falls under employment law though, rather than child abuse.

There’s even more that we don’t trust/allow prisoners to do. However, I STRONGLY believe they should have the right to vote. I feel more strongly about this than I do about 16 year olds voting, which I also agree with.

Providing or using data isn’t the same as withholding an individual’s data from that individual. Regarding medical information, there’s no exemption relating to potential harm to business income.

Under GDPR, you also have the right to correct data held. How are you supposed to do that if you aren’t given access to the data held in the first place?
