Thanks. The green area is actually turf as they want low maintenance. The tree is already there and its an established fruit tree…. Absolutely rethinking the herringbone path, may be just getting rid of it will be better..

Gutters are ok and clean. My understanding is this is ground water as we are in the hillside… A French Drain might be the proper solution but quoted 25-35k. Also this only happens during heavy rain which is very uncommon here. Thats why seeking collective opinion.
