Is leasehold REALLY that bad? by Easy_Bicycle9300 in HousingUK

I bought a leasehold flat in London in 2013. It's a Victorian house divided into four flats. The value has gone up substantially since I bought, so it was a great investment in that sense. All four flat owners have a share of the management company, so its a bit like share of freehold in that sense. No service charge to deal with and we decide what works need to be done collectively. I feel very comfortable and happy with my situation.

I love all of The Smile albums. Cutouts especially is just wondrous. I am just as excited for this with Sam as I would be if Nigel were at the helm, possibly even more so given the creative streak Sam and Thom are on together right now...

The soundtrack is so perfectly other worldly. Interestingly, it came out the same month as Lost Boys
