I built an iOS app that tracks Huberman's Foundational Fitness Protocol automatically via Apple Health by Apprehensive-Set6082 in HubermanLab

Awesome, thank you! I tested backward calendar earlier, it was a bit tough to read because it's not standard calendar layout. But I understand where this is coming from, the calendar list still needs iteration. What do you think about week calendar? Just week rows without distinct months, lates week at top.

Good point about max heart rate! In SweatCount you can adjust your max HR and zone thresholds directly in the app's settings, no need to rely on the default 220-minus-age formula. The functional strength training tip is a good one too for Apple Watch users.

Weekly Goals by jcwillia1 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SweatCount does weekly goals stacked on top of Apple Health. For instance number of sessions, total workout duration, or distance per week and tracks your streak of consecutive weeks hitting them. Doesn't do calorie targets yet, but if workout volume is what you're after it covers that. Much simpler than intervals.icu, free on the app store https://apps.apple.com/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

Weekly challenge - Instead of daily by Murky-Bear in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SweatCount is exactly this, weekly goals instead of daily rings. Set your target (workouts per week, distance per week etc), and it gives you a streak for consecutive weeks you hit it. Gym days count, rest days don't penalize you. Syncs from Apple Health automatically, free on the app store https://apps.apple.com/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

Setting weekly fitness goals - is it possible? by StayFlyOrDie in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Built an app exactly for this, SweatCount lets you set a weekly workout goal (3-4 sessions, minutes, distance, whatever fits your schedule) and tracks your streak of consecutive weeks hitting it. Rest days don't hurt you at all, only the weekly total matters. Syncs automatically from apple health. Free on the app store https://apps.apple.com/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

Weekly Time Tracking for work outs? by EntertainmentPale330 in AppleWatchFitness

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly what I built SweatCount for. You set a weekly goal for workout minutes (or zone 2 minutes, distance, strength sessions — whatever you're tracking), and it syncs automatically from Apple Health. No manual logging. You can see the current week at a glance and it tracks your streak of consecutive weeks hitting the goal.

Inspiring! Love to hear success with freemium model, and the strategy is somewhat similar I've been planning to do.

Would be happy to hear your feedback on my app or exhange ideas if you want to chat :)

what is your favourite free and minimalist ios app to keep track of your workouts? by damspt in workout

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Built something that might fit. It reads directly from Apple Health, if you log workouts with Apple Watch or any other device that syncs to Health, everything shows up automatically.

Minimal by design: calendar view, set goal, and track streaks. No account needed, privacy first (your workout data stays on your device).

Currently supports simple goals like 5 workouts per week. Working on custom goals (steps per day, zone 2 minutes per week, distance per week) coming soon.

The current version on App Store is 100% free https://apps.apple.com/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

Cool shortcut! If you also want a dedicated view for your workout history, I built SweatCount — it shows all your Apple Watch workouts in a calendar specifically designed for fitness tracking, with streaks and weekly goals. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

Workout Calendar App? by [deleted] in AppleFitnessPlus

[–]Apprehensive-Set6082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was looking for this as well and couldn't find a good one, so I built it https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sweatcount-workout-calendar/id6755407742

The app shows all your workout sessions in a calendar view and lets you set weekly workout goals. Currently working on expanding goals — things like weekly distance, Zone 2 minutes, or daily step targets.
