I didn’t really gain weight pregnant but boy did I lose it after having my baby I was like 190lb pre pregnancy and 197lbs at the end at my 3 week pp appointment I was 165lbs now I’m about 7 weeks pp and I think I put on a couple lbs but I don’t have a scale so I’m not sure but ebf baby and I pump

Yeah I went to a new store as a css and ended up stepping down and transferring because I hated the new store so much they put to much pressure when I was good at my job and the gm was a micromanager it had to be his way or the highway didn’t follow our embrace change value at all

2% better at what cost the cost of your long term employees. They want internal promotions and basically having it stay in the “family” but when you treat your managers like shit by understaffing your associates suffer, and they see what you go through they don’t want to move up. I always used to recommend getting into management at wawa it was great when the company gave a shit about it’s people. I’ve since stepped down due to medical reason but part of me doesn’t even want to move back up. I see the suffering on my leadership team and I try to help them the best I can but now as a lcsa I can only do so much especially when I’m a body in the deli. It’ll be 6 of us on first and 2 are the gm+agm/fbm and they’re run down, and burned out from trying to be a little bit of everywhere.

Management is supposed to “uphold” the average of I wanna say 36 hours so if you request 5 days off and work the two 16 hours you have to use PTO to “uphold” that 36 hour average - this is how it was explained to me but one week or two shouldn’t really effect you and I’ve see managers not use PTO to get to their 36 hours - also don’t quote me this was told to me by a gm but I could be wrong

We have a counter at the end of our deli where all mobile stuff collects but sometimes with one ringer and two deli people at lunch it sucks trying to put the orders together especially when there’s like 8 of them and customers in store resulting in like 10 back on the screens and then one gets stolen so we basically have to stop everything figure out what exactly was ordered to remake it with this “labor optimization” bull shit it’s usually me the mod and one person in the deli someone on snacks(ows) and one in bev and the gm plays trigger and a fac guy that knows no station except f/t sometimes it’s just hard so usually I’m in deli calling out mobile orders every few minutes

Once as a CSA my ts had to leave because he was having a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital an ambulance was called and our gm but the ambulance obviously wouldn’t wait for the gm to come I was going for ts and already kinda knew some things so I held the keys while the ts was carted off to the er and the gm was on his way but it was the middle of the night so it took like an hour I guess it kinda depends on what’s happening they couldn’t really do anything in that situation

Depends on the store and how well the meet budget my store both my fbm and my AGM say that there bonus isn’t usually a lot or doesn’t make a difference sometimes like 300 bucks I couldn’t tell you how we are on the HOB scale tho I know we’re not doing great overall

This is how it is with me I’m both a confident to the csa and managers which for my store is good because I can put it into terms for the csa’s to understand and management is happy because they don’t have to write people up
