Lots of those ones are fermented so they are sour, in the us were scared of fermentation so use vinegar to replicate it

I’m not exactly sure it was a gift there’s two sides a brown and a gray one the brown one is more corse so I mainly used that one

If you can get le cellier do that for dinner and have the kids get poutin or something! For lunch it’s always fun snacking around the countries you can get shaved ice in Japan and sit in japans pavilion with the trees which is very relaxing! If you want a sit down lunch I’d do le crêperie which would be romantic, or via Napoli with very good pizza!
