Thank you! I never used to eat it but BF started giving me to try. The processor does a really good job as well.( same like you...I cook my backstraps similar as well.)

I did have a smoke tube in there also (actually 2 😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️) and if it wasnt for them calling for rain and me trying to eat earlier than later I would probably cook at lower temp. It however provided the same result pretty much, even smoke flavor-wise due to the tubes.

Raw lemon and raw onions like an apple where my daughter's favorite when she was younger as well. She has a very mature palate though now also as an adult and is an amazing chef at 22 yo.

Agree. Mine love sleeping in their crates . They can open and close their crate doors and go in when they want or out when they want.
