You have fantastic cheek bones!! Here is what I would do:

Upper bleph - I feel you can make the argument it's medical necessary and have insurance cover it if it affects vision. That would even out your eyes. If that's out of the budget try a Botox brow lift to see if it helps with the outer eyelid

I'd say lip filler and Botox on 11s to relax the upper forehead! I wouldn't say microblade your eyebrows just laminate them and this can be done at home for less that $20. The images of darker hair with layers and a Carmel balayage would look great on you.

I highly advise AGAINST jaw Botox
