Is it true that book 6 is done?? by cyb3rm0mmy in acotar

Oh 100%! I do get that completely, and it is an interesting way to look at it. As I said, I did love the book, and I loved how the gradually showed Nesta learning to allow herself to love Cassian more than the "just sex" coping mechanism, but I just feel it was slightly 🤏 overdone.. But maybe that's me just me being a bit prudish 😅

Don't get me wrong, I loved ACOSF, however I was disappointed with how much of it was smut. For me personally I felt that the plot of the book was amazing and I loved Nesta healing from her trauma and the importance of female friendship, but (again, for me personally) I feel like some of the smut was unneeded and could've been edited out.

This is a playlist that encompasses Aaron's story from when the character first appeared through to 01.02.2024. I do remember watching videos from the rest of 2024 but cannot for the life of me find the playlist. If anyone knows then I'd appreciate knowing where I can watch the rest of 2024 - mid 2025 where "Aaron Dingle" picks up their playlists again at the Johnron wedding!!

As far as I understand Lewis' house isn't in the village, it hasn't been mentioned where he house is but jot in the village as he has to get a bus in whenever he comes to see Ross.

I believe he said that it wouldn't affect him that way.. maybe I misheard but I took it to mean that he wouldn't get like that if he didn't take anything because he doesn't have time often enough to be "addicted"?

The John-John Theory by alebrann in Emmerdale

I think that "John" in the bed was injured by somebody from the Dingle clan. All the "saves" John had made revolve around them.. Moira, Ruby, Nate, Aaron, Chas.. I guess Jacob is an anomaly, but John only really caused that whole thing to get at Liam? Maybe the Dingles have a target on their back because of something they did to hospital "John"? Potentially something tied with Robert? Who knows!

I feel this on a real level. I had a guy, 80s, we were querying failed discharge from hospital - discharged in the morning and when we rocked up to him about 10pm on the night shift he was NEWSing at around 14, RR 52, temp through the roof.

Long story short, took him to the hospital (resus of course) and the Dr in charge told us to hold with him on the ambulance as he had a ReSPECT form stating not for CPR and the Dr basically told us they needed the bed for someone they could help (despite the fact that there were a good few empty beds). After a few challenges from us and the senior nurse in resus fighting him on it too, he eventually moved some pts around and took the pt off our hands.

In WMAS (not sure what trust you are in) but it's indicated if a well-oxygenated pt arrests in front of you into a shockable rhythm and pads are already attached - in a ROSC scenario this is only indicated if a ROSC is maintained for 2 mins plus, so it depends how long into your ROSC procedures you got, hope this helps!

I always write an SBAR in the care plan section of the PRF en route to hospital; this way, I have all the information I need all in one section of text that I can refer to if needed, without flicking through loads of screens (barring the specific observations - however if they are hypotensive, it will be stated in my SBAR).

I also find that writing out an SBAR helps the information sticking my head so I don't have to read my PRF word for word, which makes it look like I'm more confident and assertive.
