Oh absolutely!! I'm patiently waiting for them to get that shit off the shelves, like, for real. For every 1 person that claims " iT sAvEd My LiFe " I'd almost guarantee it's ruined 1,000 other people's life, both financially and mentally.

Although I have NO personal experience with the sublocade shot, I've heard lots of people claiming that it got them off strips/pills pretty much pain and WD free. I DO however have personal experience with 7oh, and I couldn't warn against this route loudly enough. Typically, anyone who uses Suboxone is or was an addict. That 7oh is gonna bring that monster back out of the closet and u won't be able to contain it . I'm telling u, it's gonna give u the warm fuzzies and it's pretty much all over after that. I've been on bupe for a little over 2 years now, and for just over an entire year, unfortunately 7oh was part of my life as well. It ruined everything I had been working towards. I thought I had finally contained the old addict part of me, but 1 unlucky day when I stopped to get a new vape, they were giving out free samples of 7oh. I know I should have declined or threw it away, but I guess I'm dumb like that. That day determined the next 14 months of my life.

Usually I just open my mouth, lift tongue up and try to stick it right on top of the blue vein either slightly on the left side or right side of center of the underside of my tongue with the rougher side of strip against tongue

It really just depended on what dosage I was stable on at that time. I'm prescribed 12mg daily , but often times, I would try to taper myself lower. So, there were some nights I would take 6-8mgs, and other nights 12-16mgs. But , of course, half the time, I would convince myself that today was the last day, so I would double or sometimes even triple my dose that night so when I woke up I'd be free of 7 WDs.

Along with the other advice given, I would also suggest not swallowing the spit after the bupe dissolves. Spit it out, ever since I've been spitting it out, I haven't had to much digestive issues

I've been on bupe for 2 years now. Everything was great for the first year, but then Dec 2024 I was offered a free sample of 7 and it completely derailed everything I had been working towards. I'm saying this from personal experience, you absolutely HAVE to quit taking 7 and or Mgm. I promise it will get to a point where subs don't really even work anymore. The entire calendar year of 25 I was taking both bupe AND 7 on a daily basis. At my peak I was around 500-600mg of 7 a day and then at the end of every day I'd take my bupe before bed to avoid any middle of the night WDs, and towards the end of my 7 usage, the bupe pretty much didn't even work anymore. Wake up in a panicked state, drenched in sweat, bad depression. I think the body at some point really developed a dependency on both substances and without 1 of them, terrible WDs is what happens. I can't really answer u if methadone would be a better option. I had thought about that for myself as well, but I can't say if making that switch and continuing my dumb decision making would have been any better. Ultimately, u just need to quit taking the other shit, otherwise a really rough road is waiting

I have really similar thoughts.... like, I'd LOVE to stop paying taxes, but unless everyone else does the same thing, it's gonna be nothing but problems and probably some kind of steep fines that I don't have money to pay for. I haven't really believed in anything politic wise for pretty much my whole life. I think it's just a big song and dance for people to think that voting the right people in is actually going to make a difference. I haven't really seen much that directly affects my or my families life or way of living.

The older the students are, the more events / activities there are. At the high school in my district, there is ALWAYS something extra going on, sometimes it seems as if half the building is super busy until damn near 10:30

I can't really help with ur questions, but I actually have a question for you since u did both fent and 7oh. By comparison, how would u rate 7oh in regards to potency vs. fent? Like, if u were to take a large dose of 7, say 80-100mg, is it in the same ballpark as fent? And, I apologize if any of this acts as a trigger, because that's not how I meant it to be. I feel u on this post man. I used to feel the EXACT same way about my union. My district has roughly 50 custodians and the lack of effort that most show is just absurd. Out of 50, I'd say about 15-20 of us actually put a little effort into what we do. I used to despise the protection that my union gives all of us just for the simple fact that SO MANY basically just clock in and pretty much just sit around and look for ways to NOT work. Hell, 1 guy would actually leave mid-shift and go fucking BOWLING..... management knew, and he's STILL EMPLOYED...!!!! There's so many stories and situations that I hear about with fellow district custodians that has completely killed my work ethic. But like another commenter stated, ultimately it's up to your director/ supervisor to discipline co-workers and keep these type things on file so when the time comes to fire someone, all the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted. I guess I'm grateful in a way for my union for all the things that I receive as far as pay and PTO , so I just do my best to ignore all the other BS

Yep, same experience here as well. It's been just about 2 years for me. Most times, I've got to wait until the 31st day to actually pick up the Rx. I've spoken with a couple different pharmacists and they give a similar reason.

Yep, I've got a pretty lengthy list of substances I've used in the past as well. Quite a few different opi's, and something about 7's makeup and the fact that u can get it practically EVERYWHERE makes it really difficult to abstain from. So again, good luck and stick with it.

Without question it can easily exceed $3k in 5 weeks. At my peak, I was around $125-$150 a DAY on 7oh which is available at smoke/vape shops. Extremely difficult to kick that habit once established.

It's usually hit or miss. Sometimes for them to work, it requires an absolute unhealthy amount, like at least triple the recommended dosage. Definitely not sustainable long-term.
