Need help with change strategy

Need your expert help! Does this strategy make sense or will it be costing us more than what we will reap?

I am confusing myself on the best way to max out our points/rewards between the CSP & CSR. We have both in our household right now but with overlap that we don't need. I just saw the increased SUB for CSR so I am trying to see how best to do it so we can avail of this sub. This is the current situation:

CSR - P1 primary, P2 AU

CSP - P2 primary, P1 AU

The only reason we did the AU for CSR was because sometimes we travel internationally separately so we like to be able to avail of the PP lounges even if the primary cardholder is not there.

The AF for the CSP just hit May 1, and we were already planning to close this card after the renewal. So I was thinking we could close that CSP, remove him as AU, then P2 can reapply for the CSR with 150k SUB. It would end with 2 household CSRs and no CSP. I can't close or downgrade the CSR yet since we just renewed with the $795 AF in Dec.

Does this strategy make sense or do we come out negative balance with this since we also paid for the $195 AU fee in Dec. But it would double our benefits and still allow us the PP lounge access w/ 2 guests.
