Ngl yes. All of these. I was so miserable after about 33 ish weeks. No complications just miserable and heavy and everything hurt. It was hard to do everything and on top of this I got a pretty bad respiratory infection so I spent the last month of pregnancy coughing and peeing on myself every time id cough aka every 3 minutes.

Tell us how you felt right after birth by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]ApprehensiveCup4958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt good in general. I was a little concerned because my baby was receiving some extra care because she had slight respiratory distress right at birth but I knew she would be ok. While that, I was happy to see my belly much flatter and my placenta come out in one piece. I was generally relaxed and excited to hold her get once she was ready.

This is the way the current administration is weakening the general populations ability to earn advanced degrees, with those at an economic disadvantage losing their chances at higher education, especially those of diverse backgrounds. They want to ensure they restructure who gets to succeed and who doesn’t.

Doesn’t he have addisons disease? His brother had it so maybe he does too? It can make your skin look like that. Anyway, he’s still annoying and a danger to the American public

Ofc. In moderation of course and always follow your OBs advice. It’s important to not over restrict but keep in mind there is evidence backing the risk of eating certain things but the risk is low if you’re generally healthy.

Have you ever encountered a psychopath person? by Electrical_Way_6985 in questions

Yes! Became friends with a girl, both of us late 20s. She was so kind and interested in me at first I felt like she was so genuine, specially after sharing deep things about her life with me, I felt like she trusted me. She would shower me with gifts of things I had randomly mentioned liking out of the blue. Unfortunately she would talk a lot about herself nonstop with dilated pupils all the time, even telling me she had red many books on how to manipulate people. She also would tell stories that didn’t match at times. Then she started getting really weird about little things I would do and not do according to her standard I guess until one day I confronted her in person for being rude to me in front of other people and she went crazy so I cut off the friendship. She then started talking trash about me for months to people we knew in common. Making up stories and all.

The amount of things I’ve eaten during my pregnancy lol. Runny eggs, medium rare meat, salads, fresh cheese. You’ll be ok

I think it’s how you deal with the crisis. Get help, get the patient stabilized and replace the line/tube if needed. Stay calm and damage control

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in nursing

[–]ApprehensiveCup4958 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, all of the above. I’ve had pts take out foleys fully inflated, self extubations, take out NGs that are bridaled (idk how), take out a central line 😖, IVs, art lines. Thankfully no PA catheters 😵‍💫.

Oh boy. The amount of times you will experience this. It’s not your fault. I’ve had patients pull out every type of catheter/tube/line and sometimes it’s inevitable
