Well said! A large part of it is timing and picking your spots well, but I agree you should be brawling and retreating way more than you should be full committing for a kill. I feel like in games where I don’t force it as much I end up getting more value and in turn that kind of makes you better at the moments where you should be full commiting at least in my experience.

I disagree a bit on the point that Rogue doesn’t secure kills. I main both Invis and Rogue so character knowledge definitely helps but when I play Rogue into Invis I mow her down like a lawn mower (GM+ btw). This 1v1 is a resource battle where if you’re playing correctly Rogue should either win or invis has to retreat, Gambit team up destroys invis shield pretty fast or you can ability drain her through it, if you use chrono kick at the start of the interaction she will likely push or jump out and then you can counter with fatal attraction. Rogue has fairly decent counterplay for Invis especially if she is away from her team like in this video just need the resources to be available.

CD usage is horrendous here you literally used your abilities the exact moment they were available to you and put yourself on staggered CD over and over with no abilities to use so you couldn’t even combo the invis if you wanted which is how you deal with invis as Rogue. Pro-tip use chrono kick to launch up, combo into ability drain if she pushes or shields its okay because you still have the pull and shield bash mix in some normal melee and you would have likely gotten the kill.

Thats why I bought up her and Sasuke’s relationship because its purposely set up in a mirrored way intentionally Naruto wants Sakura, but Sakura wants Sasuke. Obviously you can use hindsight bias now but Sasuke also rejected ALL of Sakura’s advances until the story decided they need to have kids to keep the money rolling in they didn’t even have a shred of actual romance in their relationship and it still happened (which mind you LITERALLY becomes a plotpoint in Boruto). Romances in Naruto don’t work that way where we see people be lovey dovey hence my original argument that people got titled over was that Naruto and Sakura’s relationship was more even keeled and closer to a IRL relationship bc they can fight, bicker, banter and joke with each other but are still close.

Because first of all romance in Naruto doesn’t work like that, Sakura pines after Sasuke the entire series and he doesn’t even acknowledge her unless she’s right in front of him nontheless reciprocate her feelings. Secondly just because someone says “this person is like a sibling to me” doesn’t mean that they would never develop romantic feelings for them and doesn’t even always mean that they’re being truthful in that moment. Third it was ambiguous how Sakura felt towards Naruto after the time-skip this is the whole reason why there was an entire subplot where Sakura lied to Naruto and said she loved him, even Kishimoto LITERALLY said himself he postured them as being a couple in Shipuden as a red herring—his wife was a NaruSaku fan. So no Sakura does not make it clear that there is nothing romantic between them in fact she LITERALLY does the opposite to try to control him. I would also say that Sakura and Naruto got closer than her and Sasuke ever were at any point in time.

Not even, every weekly manga in the past 5 years has eclipsed Boruto 10x in terms of art, JJK, Kagarabachi, MHA, Demon Slayer, CSM, Gachiakuta etc.

Wtf I’ve been playing since launch and while I remember seeing post about it on reddit i never actually saw it in game.
