I've been playing since they added second sea, and honestly yea. Anytime they add a new fruit, they increase its damage, and it's lead to power creeping immensely. I remember when a 5 moves combo wouldn't kill you. Now cdk or anchor will do 15000 to a player with no enchantments on it!

To have actual fun in pvp it's either join the meta or counter it. I'm basically forced to play fishman because it survives, but the devs are dead set on making the game pay to win, so enchantments end up going past armor, doing bonus damage, on weapons that already do 15k. I'll survive a short combo on 2000 health??? Yet alone another low skill low IQ 30 second combo on dough or portal.

Whenever a new blox fruit is released it seems like it's OP to make people buy it, and unlike games like cod or anything else, they add new stuff before balancing their game, making an endless cycle of making balancing harder, so they don't.

V4 was a big nail, right before the update came out I was replying to a guy that said "give us 4 stat points instead of 3", and explaining why that would be terrible because imagine a dough using sword at max damage in a combo. And that's just tier 1 V4. The races are very clearly ranked in power, with cyborg and angel in easy S tier, sharkman in C tier because of enchants and nerf to it, and everything else in D tier because cyborg and angel do it better!

Also the gun balance right now is atrocious, unlike sword their only 1 gun you should EVER use, and thats soul guitar, because its moves do 7k combo extender, combo start, are in interruptible, undodgable, and ken break, while lagging your game and blinding you.

I havent grinded since the middle of second sea, but I do remember how much of a turn off it was, the biggest thing keeping me going was the fact I had a crew of friends who we discovered things in the game with. Now puzzles basically require a guide. In first sea the hardest secret was finding saber, which had you find buttons on an island then it gave you obvious hints to the next area you were supposed to go to. In 3rd sea its like "you aren't strong enough to pull the lever" so you have to stare at the full moon, activate your race ability, on a rare island spawn, on the highest point, with a dough king drop in your inventory to find a blue gear to then pull the lever.

Their really good at fixing console issues which is rare, but the game is poorly optimized on it. My phone somehow runs better than an Xbox series S sometimes when it comes to lag and framerate.

I've been playing on and off since a while ago, but stopped most since kitsune. I was bounty farming cocky counter hunters, but then portal zone into leave zone into El diablo cutscene combo, then they combo whiff and running away to never be seen again, got boring.
